Pamela K. Dooley went to be with the Lord on October 20th, 2021, at Clarissa Cook Hospice in Bettendorf, Iowa, at the age of 78.
She was born March 4th, 1943, in Huntsville, Texas, and was preceded in death by her mother, Velda Vivian Kirkpatrick, and father, Robert Bennet Heflin.
She is survived by her husband (David), sister (Tammy Heflin), her children (Kimberly, Thomas, Molly (Steve), Timothy), and her grandchildren (Ashly, Zachary, Shelby, Olivia, Isabella, and Tyler).
Pamela graduated from Bettendorf High School in 1962 and attended the Des Moines, Iowa Beauty School. She married David Allen Dooley on December 1st, 1963. She had a great love of art and blessed many people with her special gifts of artwork. She enjoyed serving in her church organizing gatherings and decorating for special events. At her passing, Pamela lived with her husband at the Fountains Senior Living in Bettendorf.
The family would like to thank the staff at Trinity Hospital in Bettendorf, the Fountains Senior living, and staff at Clarissa Cook Hospice.
The visitation will be Saturday, October 23rd at Crossroads Independent Baptist church 21141 Scott Park Rd. Davenport, Iowa from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM; with service to follow starting at 11:00 AM.
