William Lafferty

William Lafferty, 92, of New Windsor passed away Oct. 20, 2018 at St. Mary's Hospital, Galesburg.

Private burial will be in Farlow Grove Cemetery, Matherville at a later date. Quad Cities Cremation Center is assisting the family with arrangements.

William was born Nov. 9, 1925 in Plymouth, IL, son of Bert and Bernice Lafferty. He served in the Army during WWII.

Survivors include sister Patricia Omeara, Erie and brother Sam (Twila) Lafferty, Moline.

William was preceded in death by his parents, wife Ethel Mae, brothers Bert and Keith and a sister Irene.
