Virginia D. Mounts

Virginia D. Mounts received her great reward of going home to Jesus at 3:43pm September 12, 2023, in Davenport, Iowa, after a 6 year long battle with kidney disease. She was saved in March 1970, and was the best Christian woman that loved everyone and faithfully served Jesus for 53 years. Her last words, with a smile on her face, was “I Love Jesus”. She was born April 14, 1952, to the late John and Jeanette Williams in Cincinnati, Ohio. Virginia leaves behind her loving husband of 55 years Mark S. Mounts Sr., her children Robert and Rhonda Anderson, Mark S. Mounts Jr., Todd and Rita Shilling, Joseph Mounts, John Mounts, Patrick Mounts, a very special sister and best friend Wanda Guard, and other brothers and sisters. Also, her grandchildren Justin and Laini Logan, Molli Haynes, Gerry & Marisa Rodriguez, Luke Parson, and great grandchildren Mirka Haynes, Gabriella Logan, Haidyn Logan, Daisy Rodriguez, Emma Haynes, Ava Rodriguez, Carter Haynes, Mateo Rodriguez, Chloe Cummings, and dear close family friends Rev. Ray & Reva Campbell of Loveland, Ohio, and the dear people of Davenport Bible Missionary Church. She was also preceded in death by 2 grandchildren Natasha Bowman, and Charlie Haynes.
