Sandra Watters

Sandra Kay Watters, 82, of Silvis passed away April 24, 2021 at Hope Creek Care Center in East Moline.

Per her wishes she will be cremated, and private family services will be held Saturday May 1, 2021 and ashes spread at a later date.

Sandra was born November 2, 1938 in Webster City, IA the daughter of Harvey and Lilla Asklund Stuhldryer. She married Ronald L. Watters, worked as a florist, and enjoyed making hand crafts and crocheting.

Survivors include her children David Watters, Michael Watters, Sheri Dowell, grandchildren: Brett Watters, Stephen Ortiz, and Ashlee Waldbusser along with several great grandchildren.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents Lilla and Harvey Stuhldryer, ex-husband Ronald L Watters, daughter Rhonda Kay Ortiz, brothers and sisters Sterling Stuhldryer, Custis Stuhldryer, Marie Hansen, and Barb Weltz.
