Richard Winans died October 8t, 2022 at restorative care in Silvis. He has no family but a long-time time good friend Jackie Peters. Another good friend who helped him through a lot is Christie Wilkins of Silvis. He was a good kind kindhearted man to everyone. He will be greatly missed.
