James White

James White, 72, of Moline passed away Oct. 5, 2016 at his home.

A memorial gathering will be 2-4pm Sunday at Silver Spur 1230 15th Avenue in East Moline. Memorials may be made to the family. Quad Cities Cremation Center is assisting the family with arrangements.

James was born Aug. 8, 1944 in Knob Lick MO the son of Earl and Ethel Allen White. He married Linda Sheffler April 5, 1975 in Rock Island. He retired from Conway Central Express as a truck driver. James enjoyed spending time with his dog Schnitzel.

Survivors include his wife Linda; daughter Heather White of Moline; step son David Barber of Bettendorf; 2 grandchildren; sister Alberta Naylor of Farmington, MO.

James was preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
