Gary Struble

April 4, 1948 — May 5, 2025

Silvis

Gary left us early Monday morning after a long battle. He was comforted by his family for several hours before leaving with the goddess.

Gary met Jo and they married on August 16, 1975. They had a whirlwind love full of ups, downs, and many adventures. They always knew their kind of love would last a lifetime. Gary was a package of 2 with his young daughter Christy, this made them an instant family. They added their 2 beautiful daughters Maryann and Lacey. They watched their girls grow into amazing woman.

Gary was an Airforce flight mechanic during Vietnam. Gary went on to be an auto mechanic and later in life switched over to heavy industry mechanic. Gary enjoyed fishing, westerns, and being with his family wondering what the next adventure would bring.

Gary will be missed dearly by his wife of 50 years, Jo Struble, 3 girls Christy Fuller, Maryann (Jerry) West, Lacey (Taz)&(Troy) B, his 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother, stepfather, father, 2 brothers, and his beloved grandson.

Gary will live on through our memories we all shared.

A celebration of life will be held 4-8pm Thursday, May 8, 2025 at the Green Rock/Colona Legion Post 1233 (312 Broadway Street, Colona). Please join us and share a dinner and memories with the family.
