Dennis DeBarre

Dennis L. DeBarre, 56, of Geneseo passed away Sunday, January 7, 2024 at UnityPoint Rock Island. 

Per his wishes he will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. 

Dennis was born July 14, 1967 in Moline, IL the son of David and Rose Marie (Mataya) DeBarre. He married Michelle Gendreau October 3, 1991 in Aledo, IL. Together they have 2 amazing children that Dennis was extremely proud of. He was a devoted husband and father. He was a dedicated employee and worked as a yard boss at John Deere Harvester. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family. He loved vacationing in Florida and his job at John Deere. 

Survivors include his wife Michelle; children Demi DeBarre and Alexander DeBarre; father David DeBarre; sisters Denise Harmon and Diana Rode.

Dennis was preceded in death by his mother Rose Marie Mataya DeBarre.
